<B>Do not forcefully blow your nose</B>. For at least 3 weeks, do not close your mouth when you blow your nose. Wipe your nose with a tissue without forcefully blowing out. The pressure created when you blow your nose with your mouth closed goes through the Eustachian tube to the ear and can move the graft out of place. After 3 weeks, you should be able to blow your nose gently.
