Chemotherapy, or chemo for short, is used for more advanced stages of Hodgkin's lymphoma. Chemotherapy is the use of drugs to kill cancer cells. To treat Hodgkin's lymphoma, the health care provider prescribes a combination of drugs that work together. These are called chemotherapy regimens.
